01 What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email when you book an appointment or contact us;
• the branch, doctor and treatment you're enquiring about;
• any health details, symptoms or reports you choose to share — this helps us prepare for your visit;
• basic visit data (device, pages viewed) when you browse this Website.

If you book for a child under 18, we collect their details only from you as their parent or guardian.

02 How we use & share it

We use your information to confirm and follow up on appointments — by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp — prepare our doctors ahead of your visit, and keep the hospital records the law requires.

We share it only with our own staff, an insurer or Arogyasri/EHS administrator when you ask us to file a claim, and the service providers who help run this Website. We never sell your information or use it for outside advertising.

03 Keeping it safe

We keep information only as long as we need it — enquiries that don't lead to a visit for about 2 years, clinical records for as long as Telangana's medical regulations require. We protect it with HTTPS encryption and by limiting staff access to a need-to-know basis, in line with India's IT Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

04 Website analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use this Website, and embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies when you press play. Our WhatsApp button opens a chat outside this Website, governed by WhatsApp's own policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

05 Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, or request that we delete it. Write to us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.
